Good news and bad incident collide

It was Valentines Day, when the accident happened. He is the Manager in our department. Apparently, He supposed to attend a client call on that day. He informed me that he will not going back to the office. The place is near in the office so that he decided to walk. He was on the pedestrian lane going to the other side, a car bumped him. In the blink of an eye he found himself on the side walk of the road. Fortunately, the driver and the owner of the car rushed him to the nearest hospital. The first thing that came to his mind is to call his Assistant in the office about the accident.

After office hour that day we went to the hospital to visit him. I felt touch with the story of his wife, she told us that before the accident happened she received a text message from his husband invited her for a dinner after his meeting with the client. Until, she received a call about the accident. According to the Doctor his left Arm and Leg has injured and he’s out of danger. The company gave him an indefinite leave until he recovers. After three months of recovery. One day, I was surprised when I saw him. He is now in good shape but still needs to take weekly therapy. He told us that his going to leave the company very soon because his Application for immigrant was approved. It is granted the same day when the accident had happened. Actually, he doesn't expect that it will be approved after 4 years. He is very excited about it.
