Coffee Espresso

One of the best Starbucks coffees for me is espresso. There are so many flavors to choose from espresso. You can have a Regular, Decaf, Extra Shots, Half Decaf and Ristretto. To add some zest to your coffee, you can try different choices of syrup like Vanilla, Caramel, Hazel nut, Raspberry and Irish cream which are scrumptious in taste. When it comes to milk, you can be very creative by choosing a whole milk, steamed, foamed, flat and the best choice for me is low fat milk because this is slimming alternative that is good for me. It is all up for you to choose!

Starbucks Coffee History

In 1991, Starbucks was founded in Seattle’s Pike Place Market. The original name of company was Starbucks Coffee, Tea and Spices. The name comes from Human Melville’s Moby Dick, a classic American novel about the 19th Century Whalling Industry. The Seafaring name seems appropriate for a store that imports the world’s finest coffees.

In 1980, Howard Schultz joins Starbucks when he visits Milan’s famous espresso bars. He was impressed and he introduced espresso after trying lattes and Mochas. Starbucks Seattle quickly becomes coffee crazy.

In 1990’s, it expands beyond Seattle, first to the rest of the United States, then the entire world. After becoming one of the first companies to offer stock options to its part time employees, it becomes a publicly traded company. In 2000’s The Starbucks phenomenon continues. It has more than 9,000 locations in over 30 countries.
