Flavored Coffee Beans

The Flavored Coffee Beans are the beans coated with compounds to enhance coffee beans’ natural taste. It contains over 800 estimated different compounds which contribute to their flavor including sugar and other carbohydrates, mineral salts, organic acid, aromatic oils and methylxanthines, a chemical class which includes caffeine. While the beans flavor is a function of where it was grown and how it was roasted. These flavors help lengthen the shelf life of coffee by identifying changes in flavors due to decaffeination, oxidation, or aging process. On the other hand, more recent improvements in food science have led to ways of introducing complex flavors directly onto beans as part of a post roasting process. It's really amazing that Ground coffee and Coffee bean is now available in an array of blends and flavors.
