Nowadays, Children are really hard to feed vegetables. You can’t trick them because they can easily know it on the color. Guilty! I was one of them. There are times they were choosy in food that they want to eat and become a picky eater. I bet! One of their favorite meals is chicken especially when it is fried. Well, I love chicken too. I remember when I was a child my mother used to cook vegetables mostly everyday. She was very strict when it comes to food. Also, she was always reminds me about the nutrition that I can get on it; which is I memorized it already.
At that time, my Grand mother gave me a teaspoonful of bitter melon leaves extract. She told me that this is good for my health. Hmmp… it seems they were conniving against me! At first, I was doubful to take it because I knew that it was not a vitamin and when I tasted it; there so much bitter on my tongue that I almost cried to swallow. They won! Gradually, I began to like the taste of all kinds of fruits and vegetables. It is become a part of my daily meal.
