Goodness in Coffee reduced risk of liver cancer

According to researchers who conducted eleven studies in Southern Europe and Japan examined on a relationship between coffee drinking and the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or the risk of primary liver cancer. They found on the animal and Laboratory studies a certain compounds originate in coffee may act as blocking agents by reacting with enzymes involved in carcinogenic detoxification. A caffeine component has been shown to have favorable effects on liver enzymes. Coffee has also been related to reduce risk of liver disease and cirrhosis, which can lead to liver cancer. The results shown a 41 % reduction of HCC risk among coffee drinkers compared to those who never drank coffee.
