Goodness in Coffee reduced risk of liver cancer
According to researchers who conducted eleven studies in Southern Europe and Japan examined on a relationship between coffee drinking and the risk of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or the risk of primary liver cancer. They found on the animal and Laboratory studies a certain compounds originate in coffee may act as blocking agents by reacting with enzymes involved in carcinogenic detoxification. A caffeine component has been shown to have favorable effects on liver enzymes. Coffee has also been related to reduce risk of liver disease and cirrhosis, which can lead to liver cancer. The results shown a 41 % reduction of HCC risk among coffee drinkers compared to those who never drank coffee.

Research study drinking moderate amount of coffee daily, even over the course of thirty years, has no effect on blood pressure. The research team gathers information about more than 1,000 white males who graduated from JHU medical school between 1948 and 1964. Each of them was averaging about two cups of coffee a day. After a series of assessment they found no evidence to link coffee drinking to higher blood pressure. They concluded that long-term coffee drinking did not substantially increase the risk of developing hypertension. However, to those who drink eight or more cups a day may be lead themselves at risk for health complications.

Actually, there are conflicting beliefs about the Health Benefits of Coffee. Coffee drinkers are less susceptive to certain ailments such as Alzheimer’s disease, Gallstone, Diabetes, Depression and Parkinson’s disease. It has also natural Antioxidants that can be found in ground coffee and coffee beans.
On the other hand, Coffee also has extremely high caffeine content. It can provide a sudden boost of energy, but also can cause long term health ailments if consumed too much, such as a heart rate increase, high blood pressure, or irregular heartbeat. Coffee is also highly in acidic, which can cause a decrease in oxygen fluids in the body and build up of lactic acid.
I have good news, for those who doesn't need to limit their caffeine intake, there is Decaf coffee that has most of the caffeine removed.
