Health Benefits of Drinking Coffee

Actually, there are conflicting beliefs about the Health Benefits of Coffee. Coffee drinkers are less susceptive to certain ailments such as Alzheimer’s disease, Gallstone, Diabetes, Depression and Parkinson’s disease. It has also natural Antioxidants that can be found in ground coffee and coffee beans.

On the other hand, Coffee also has extremely high caffeine content. It can provide a sudden boost of energy, but also can cause long term health ailments if consumed too much, such as a heart rate increase, high blood pressure, or irregular heartbeat. Coffee is also highly in acidic, which can cause a decrease in oxygen fluids in the body and build up of lactic acid.

I have good news, for those who doesn't need to limit their caffeine intake, there is Decaf coffee that has most of the caffeine removed.

Sweetness in Coffee

Aside from the natural sweetness of coffee, there's much more to it.
My Parent’s are also a coffee drinkers. Like me, they can’t live without it every single day. Mostly, my father is the one who always make coffee for them.
How thoughtful! Isn’t it? When the coffee has been made they share it together in one cup. So, there is sweetness!

They are both at 60’s of age but they can show their love in many simple ways. I really adore them! Share a cup of coffee?

Confessions of a Coffeeholic

Yes, I admit - I am a Coffeeholic.

Drinking coffee has been part of my daily routine in the morning since college. Sipping a cup of coffee before I eat breakfast is my favorite thing to do. It revitalizes my senses when I feel sleepy.

I prefer black coffee in the morning because I want the natural taste of coffee and smell of its aroma. However, during break time I became more creative to my taste. I tried different flavor everyday like French vanilla, Chocolate, Hazelnut and Cappuccino. One of my favorite flavors of coffee is French vanilla. I enjoy every single cup of coffee up to the last drop!
