Facts about Coffee

Research study drinking moderate amount of coffee daily, even over the course of thirty years, has no effect on blood pressure. The research team gathers information about more than 1,000 white males who graduated from JHU medical school between 1948 and 1964. Each of them was averaging about two cups of coffee a day. After a series of assessment they found no evidence to link coffee drinking to higher blood pressure. They concluded that long-term coffee drinking did not substantially increase the risk of developing hypertension. However, to those who drink eight or more cups a day may be lead themselves at risk for health complications.

Organic Coffee

I’m amaze about the Organic Coffee. In nature, Organic coffee bean is grown in 40 countries all over the world and the leading producer countries are Peru, Ethiopia, and Mexico. It is estimated that 11 million hectares of the world’s farmland is dedicated to coffee cultivation and the annual consumption of coffee has expanded to 12 billion pounds. Organic coffee products that you can buy now in the market are decaffeinated, caffeinated, flavored and instant coffees, organic coffee ice cream and yoghurt, coffee sodas, hard candies, and chocolate covered beans. The labels might you see on organic coffee has to be the USDA organic seal can show on any coffee product that contains at least 95 percent organic ingredients and that has been certified as organic by a certification agency accredited by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The coffee may also indicate a label saying “100 percent organic” or “Organic.” Drinking it every day becomes more enjoyable coffee because farmers use practices that follow coffee's natural growth cycle. It is better for the earth as well as our bodies.

Coffee Espresso

One of the best Starbucks coffees for me is espresso. There are so many flavors to choose from espresso. You can have a Regular, Decaf, Extra Shots, Half Decaf and Ristretto. To add some zest to your coffee, you can try different choices of syrup like Vanilla, Caramel, Hazel nut, Raspberry and Irish cream which are scrumptious in taste. When it comes to milk, you can be very creative by choosing a whole milk, steamed, foamed, flat and the best choice for me is low fat milk because this is slimming alternative that is good for me. It is all up for you to choose!
