Wine lovers

Most of the wines are made in Grapes. It’s fermenting the juice from grapes along with the skins. Grape skin provides red wine with its color while white wine is made without the use of grape skin.

Mainly, Red wine is good for us! Wine lovers were glad to find out that there were studies that wine is, in fact, beneficial to our health. But, it is important that you have to know the specifics of these benefits so that this can be able to serve your body better. However, to those who don’t drink with alcohol there are non-alcoholic wines. The benefits of alcohol may stem primarily from red wine. This could explain the stronger effect seen in women, since women tended to choose wine, where as almost half of men liked beer.

To attain the wonderful benefits in wine is to drink it moderately. When we say moderately you have to drink 4 oz. glass or two each day, one glass for women and one to two glasses for men Otherwise, too much drinking of wine won’t benefit from its disease prevention qualities.

Vegetables

Nowadays, Children are really hard to feed vegetables. You can’t trick them because they can easily know it on the color. Guilty! I was one of them. There are times they were choosy in food that they want to eat and become a picky eater. I bet! One of their favorite meals is chicken especially when it is fried. Well, I love chicken too. I remember when I was a child my mother used to cook vegetables mostly everyday. She was very strict when it comes to food. Also, she was always reminds me about the nutrition that I can get on it; which is I memorized it already.

At that time, my Grand mother gave me a teaspoonful of bitter melon leaves extract. She told me that this is good for my health. Hmmp… it seems they were conniving against me! At first, I was doubful to take it because I knew that it was not a vitamin and when I tasted it; there so much bitter on my tongue that I almost cried to swallow. They won! Gradually, I began to like the taste of all kinds of fruits and vegetables. It is become a part of my daily meal.
