Deal with bad co-worker in right manner

1. Don’t get easily mad if one of your co-workers telling lies about you or become your backstabber. Madness will lead you in wrong direction. The possibility that you can get is to have an offenses or worst to be fired and lost your job.
2. So, what will you do? Do the same thing? Be a backstabber? Of course not! This is not the way to face this kind of battle.
3. All you have to do is take a necessary action. If you have a strange feeling with your antagonist. You have research about that person. Its values, habit and family background.
4. Sometimes this kind of person is harmless. They just get easily intimidated and jealous. This is their nature to be that way not only to you but also to everyone who they may think a threatened to them.
5. There are things you can do about it. If your work is not connected with them. What I mean you are in different field or department you can confront them about the issue. Otherwise, if your work is connected with them. I would suggest that don’t confront them because it might become a big problem that can be affected your job.
6. If that’s the case, you can play a cold war. You have to control yourself and relax. The issue will slow down gradually after a few weeks. All you have to do is pretend that you don’t know everything about the issue. If someone tells you about that just say “really!” and then laugh for it even the situation is very annoying.
7. Be friendly. You have to get close to everyone who is also closer to them so that they can be disturbed of thinking not good about you.
8. Working area is a small world to both of you. Right? You can pass by them anywhere. When you see them, all you have to do is smile but don’t talk to them unless they are the one who initiate the conversation. If that so, make it fast and short.
9. Keep distance as much as possible so that they can’t ruin your day. When you’re both in the same place and no one else around pretend that you didn't see them and make yourself busy.
10. If they still making you feel stupid. Talk to your Human Resource Officer and be open about the issue and what’s bothering you so that they can give you a good advice. Also, they can help you to fix things up.

Always remember not all people believe in gossip sooner or later they can identify between fabricated story and the truth.
