- The procedure of harvesting was carefully monitored the ripe cherries not to fall on the ground and spoil therefore they required a hand picked for the cherries.
- They are very particular when it comes to beans because they select only from the top 1-5% of the highest grade of coffee possible.
- In the process of roasting, they make sure that it’s caramelizes the sugar and carbohydrates in the beans, and this creates an oil-like substance, which gives the coffee its color, flavor and aroma.
- The coffee is packed immediately after roasting to lock in freshness and seal the flavor.
- They used pods because it is convenient, easy to use, and mess free for a consistently delicious freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Guidelines in decision making
Use your instinct because there are times it really works.
Make a picture of the situation and think of a long term goal. It will help you by considering what do you think is right and what makes you happy.
If you’re still in doubt take a suggestion or opinions with your family and friends. They will help you to contemplate in different way.
Don’t be carried away when someone become assertive to their suggestion. Take a pause when you think that it is contradict to your values.
Remember you are the one in the situation not them. You have to make the final decision on your own so that no one gets the blame.

Deal with bad co-worker in right manner
2. So, what will you do? Do the same thing? Be a backstabber? Of course not! This is not the way to face this kind of battle.
3. All you have to do is take a necessary action. If you have a strange feeling with your antagonist. You have research about that person. Its values, habit and family background.
4. Sometimes this kind of person is harmless. They just get easily intimidated and jealous. This is their nature to be that way not only to you but also to everyone who they may think a threatened to them.
5. There are things you can do about it. If your work is not connected with them. What I mean you are in different field or department you can confront them about the issue. Otherwise, if your work is connected with them. I would suggest that don’t confront them because it might become a big problem that can be affected your job.
6. If that’s the case, you can play a cold war. You have to control yourself and relax. The issue will slow down gradually after a few weeks. All you have to do is pretend that you don’t know everything about the issue. If someone tells you about that just say “really!” and then laugh for it even the situation is very annoying.
7. Be friendly. You have to get close to everyone who is also closer to them so that they can be disturbed of thinking not good about you.
8. Working area is a small world to both of you. Right? You can pass by them anywhere. When you see them, all you have to do is smile but don’t talk to them unless they are the one who initiate the conversation. If that so, make it fast and short.
9. Keep distance as much as possible so that they can’t ruin your day. When you’re both in the same place and no one else around pretend that you didn't see them and make yourself busy.
10. If they still making you feel stupid. Talk to your Human Resource Officer and be open about the issue and what’s bothering you so that they can give you a good advice. Also, they can help you to fix things up.
Always remember not all people believe in gossip sooner or later they can identify between fabricated story and the truth.

Good news and bad incident collide
After office hour that day we went to the hospital to visit him. I felt touch with the story of his wife, she told us that before the accident happened she received a text message from his husband invited her for a dinner after his meeting with the client. Until, she received a call about the accident. According to the Doctor his left Arm and Leg has injured and he’s out of danger. The company gave him an indefinite leave until he recovers. After three months of recovery. One day, I was surprised when I saw him. He is now in good shape but still needs to take weekly therapy. He told us that his going to leave the company very soon because his Application for immigrant was approved. It is granted the same day when the accident had happened. Actually, he doesn't expect that it will be approved after 4 years. He is very excited about it.

I learned how to cook
I started cooking when I was 15 yrs old. Actually, frying of foods is the only thing that I can do and it took me time to make it perfect. Afterwards, I tried to cook some of the recipes that I collected in the book. I enjoy it from the preparation of ingredients to the actual cooking. Sometimes, when some of ingredients are not available I used other option but then I’ll make sure that it will not compromise the taste of it. It feels like I‘m just playing while cooking although it really needs to take some energy and creativity to make a tasty food. I cooked occasionally and in my free time. I feel happy when they like the taste of the food.

It's Organic!
For me, there are many reasons to buy organic products. Research shows that pesticides and other contaminants are more prevalent in foods we eat, in our bodies, and in the environment as well. Studies shows that by eating organic foods can reduce exposure to the potential health risk associated with those chemicals. Despite the fact that not all organic-labelled products offer added health value but under the judgment by a panel of tasters, that apples which is organically grown are sweeter taste and firmness in texture than those grown conventionally.
You can add more organic products to your shopping list without busting your budget because there are many ways to save on the cost of organic products. First, you can do comparison shop, Go local farmer’s markets and other sources, Join the farm team and buy a share in a community supported by organic farm, Order by mail who can ship items and offer home deliveries, and lastly, be a supermarket spy; to make sure that you will get what you pay for by watching where it produced.

Wine lovers
Mainly, Red wine is good for us! Wine lovers were glad to find out that there were studies that wine is, in fact, beneficial to our health. But, it is important that you have to know the specifics of these benefits so that this can be able to serve your body better. However, to those who don’t drink with alcohol there are non-alcoholic wines. The benefits of alcohol may stem primarily from red wine. This could explain the stronger effect seen in women, since women tended to choose wine, where as almost half of men liked beer.
To attain the wonderful benefits in wine is to drink it moderately. When we say moderately you have to drink 4 oz. glass or two each day, one glass for women and one to two glasses for men Otherwise, too much drinking of wine won’t benefit from its disease prevention qualities.

Vegetables
At that time, my Grand mother gave me a teaspoonful of bitter melon leaves extract. She told me that this is good for my health. Hmmp… it seems they were conniving against me! At first, I was doubful to take it because I knew that it was not a vitamin and when I tasted it; there so much bitter on my tongue that I almost cried to swallow. They won! Gradually, I began to like the taste of all kinds of fruits and vegetables. It is become a part of my daily meal.

Health Benefits of Drinking Coffee
On the other hand, Coffee also has extremely high caffeine content. It can provide a sudden boost of energy, but also can cause long term health ailments if consumed too much, such as a heart rate increase, high blood pressure, or irregular heartbeat. Coffee is also highly in acidic, which can cause a decrease in oxygen fluids in the body and build up of lactic acid.
I have good news, for those who doesn't need to limit their caffeine intake, there is Decaf coffee that has most of the caffeine removed.
Sweetness in Coffee
My Parent’s are also a coffee drinkers. Like me, they can’t live without it every single day. Mostly, my father is the one who always make coffee for them.
How thoughtful! Isn’t it? When the coffee has been made they share it together in one cup. So, there is sweetness!
They are both at 60’s of age but they can show their love in many simple ways. I really adore them! Share a cup of coffee?
Confessions of a Coffeeholic
Drinking coffee has been part of my daily routine in the morning since college. Sipping a cup of coffee before I eat breakfast is my favorite thing to do. It revitalizes my senses when I feel sleepy.
I prefer black coffee in the morning because I want the natural taste of coffee and smell of its aroma. However, during break time I became more creative to my taste. I tried different flavor everyday like French vanilla, Chocolate, Hazelnut and Cappuccino. One of my favorite flavors of coffee is French vanilla. I enjoy every single cup of coffee up to the last drop!
